Troubled Water does not offer returns for refund. Items may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving for alternate styles, sizes or store credit. All items for exchange must be returned in original condition, with tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Refunds are available in the case of a faulty item not rectifiable through repair or replacement. Email contact@troubledwater.com.au for exchange inquiries.

All Troubled Water orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via AusPost. Domestic shipping is available at the flat rate provided. Email contact@troubledwater.com.au for an international shipping quote or request.

Studio pickup is also available at the Troubled Water studio in Marrickville, Sydney for no cost on Wednesday from midday or Friday from 2pm.
